Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Plantersville, Grimes County, Texas, will conduct a Public Hearing on the Application for a 2025-2026 Community Development Fund grant from the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for an eligible infrastructure improvement project on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Plantersville Town Hall, 11335 Lodge Lane, Plantersville, Texas.

Announcing a Major Drainage and Ditches Initiative to Improve the Roads and Streets for the Residents and Landowners

*PLEASE NOTE* - Some (not all) driveway culverts must be replaced to proceed with the Drainage and Ditch Initiative. This will enable the ditching to provide adequate drainage and prevent road flooding, road wash outs and constant road resurfacing/patching. The city/county will also be replacing the culverts needed for across-the-road situations.
